JD Williams with RE/MAX on the Water is the absolute BEST. We were from out of state and had to list our house to sell. It's not easy to try and sell your house from a distance. JD went above and beyond. He was over the top, always checking on the house, providing contacts for repairs, making sure contractors did their job, constantly communicating with us, guiding us along the way, and seeing that all the small details were accomplished. We had a number of hick-ups with this sale, but JD always made sure that we were always informed and moving toward the end result of selling. I know he learned a lot with this one! He more than earned his paycheck on this sale!! We couldn't have done it without him. I would recommend JD Williams and RE/MAX on the Water over and over again. You can't go wrong. This is definitely the best Team in the area! If I could give them more stars, I would!!

He constantly listened to us and quickly learned what our preferences were. He was very patient also, He sold our house and helped find our new home and all this during a very volatile time in the market with Covid raising the prices. If I could he would get a higher rating.
